Lough Owel Lodge has been a family home for three generations. Guests can enjoy the house in its original state. The bedrooms at Lough Owel Lodge are individual in character. Each room is named after a local lake. Lough Owel Lodge B&B accommodation has decorated  each room with care and  they offer a relaxing place to spend some time.

A Spacious Family Room which features an interconnecting double bedroom and a smaller twin bedroom as well as a large en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. There is a television  in the room. From the window there are pleasant views of the surrounding countryside and Lough Owel. Ideal for a family to relax and unwind in.

Double Room

This is a comfortable double room boasting an impressive half tester rosewood bed with in interesting history. A family heirloom inherited from Martin’s godmother and it now takes pride of place in this room. The bed was crafted by a local craftsman in Belfast, having been commissioned by her father for his farm in the northern countryside in the late 19th century.

The views from this room are beautiful of the lake and surrounding countryside.

Double Room

This is a large luxurious double room overlooking the tree lined avenue. It boasts a 6 foot four poster bed and plenty of space with a sofa to relax after a day of fun and activity.

There is also an interesting reminder of times gone by with a wash jug and basin on a marble stand.

This is a comfortable double room which has a lovely tapestry on the wall. This room is home to a large wall-hung tapestry, again a family heirloom which originated in china over a century ago.
