When a reservation has been confirmed, the person making the reservation is responsible for the agreed cancellation fee.

Please telephone immediately in the event of a cancellation. Should it be necessary to cancel or amend a booking without sufficient notice, the following charges apply:

• 7-14 Days notice - 50% of the 1st. night
• 24 hours - 6 days notice - 75% of the 1st. night
• Failure to show - 100% of 1st. night

Please advise Lough Owel Lodge of early late arrival

• Rooms available between 3pm and 6pm (except by prior arrangement)
• Check out should be no later than 11am.
• Reservations are normally held until 6pm.
